Long Term rates are available for all apartments.
Rates and conditions are as set out below.
For a continuous stay:

28 Days up to 42 days - |
10% discount off the published
6 day and over rate. |

| From 84 days up to 167

25% discount off the published daily rate |

| 6 Months and Over - |
50% discount of the published daily rate.

The above rates apply to the apartment either with or without a
car. The first month is payable upon arrival and each subsequent
payment in advance. Should the stay revert to a lesser period then
the standard published rate applies. No Bond or Letting fee is required.
A credit card imprint is required as security.
All details of apartments and cars are as attached
and all conditions apply.
Linen, electricity and gas is included. Each apartment
has its own telephone which is connected. The Guest is responsible
for any call charges.
A weekly service (linen change only) can be provided
if required.
