Long term rates are available for all apartments. Rates and conditions are as set out below.

For a continuous stay:	Discount
From 28 days up to 42 days	15% discount off the published daily rate
From 43 days up to 84 days	20% discount off the published daily rate
From 84 days up to 167 days	25% discount off the published daily rate
6 months and over	50% discount off the published daily rate (Maximum discount applicable)

Long Term Rates Conditions

The above rates apply to the apartment either with or without a car. The first month is payable upon arrival and each subsequent payment in advance. Should the stay revert to a lesser period then the standard published rate applies. No Bond or Letting fee is required. A credit card imprint is required as security. Linen, electricity and gas is included. Each apartment has its own telephone which is connected. The Guest is responsible for any call charges. A weekly service (linen change only) can be provided if required.

 

Rental Apartments

Rental apartments are available from time to time. Minimum period 6 months lease. Subject to a Standard Residential Tenancy Agreement. Details upon request by e-mail.
